Johnny Magic has over 20 years of magic, illusion, and entertainment experience.   At the age of 9 he began his journey into magic and became captivated by the dazzling illusions. These experiences inspired him and he began practicing his art for family and friends.

 

By the age of 12 he had created a small show and was hired to perform for birthday parties in his hometown.

 

Three years later, at the age of 15, young Johnny performed a dangerous escape originally created by his idol Harry Houdini. He was locked underwater in an oversized milk can and had to escape the chains binding him. His success mesmerized the crowds and his popularity continued to grow.

 

By 17,  Johnny went on to perform at Six Flags St Louis, Six Flags New York, and various other theme parks around the country.  This enabled him to further develop and perfect his talents, shaping him into a knowledgeable, professional businessman and highly skilled performer.

 

Several years later, Johnny received Emergency Medical training to obtain licensure to handle exotic animals. He developed a new show entitled Journey Into Magic that showcased 5 tigers and 3 lions. He toured around the United States performing and fundraising for various charities and animal rescue agencies.

 

Johnny performed in theaters in Branson Missouri, Gulf Shores Alabama, Eureka Springs Arkansas and Pigeon Forge Tennessee. He was also a frequent performer at the prestigious Magic Island in Houston, TX. His career has taken him from coast to coast entertaining crowds with his hilarious antics and family friendly shows.

 

When not performing, Johnny works as a Magic Consultant for other illusionists and as stage manager for a variety of different entertainers and shows.

 

Johnny has now performed over 1,600 shows for over 250,000 spectators.   Johnny's show Laughter is Magic comes in many packages to fit any budget.
